A Kenyan-Norwegian artist, Stella Mwangi continues to make waves internationally, blending hip-hop with powerful storytelling. Her music, including tracks like Queen, Murda Dem, and New Ting, was featured in Netflix's Selling Tampa, a series highlighting ambitious Black women dominating Tampa’s real estate market.
Stella’s artistry extends beyond Selling Tampa. Her track Runnin’ was featured in Queen Latifah’s series The Equalizer, a moment Stella called a “dream come true.” Her music has also graced Hollywood productions like American Pie Presents: The Naked Mile, CSI: NY, and Scrubs.
In addition to her musical achievements, Stella actively supports Rafiki Mwema, a nonprofit aiding abused children in Kenya. She also performed at the Cannes Lions International Festival, reflecting her global influence.
