Social media personality and businessman Samuel Kamau Ndungu, popularly known as SamK, finds himself at the center of serious allegations involving the harassment of his ex-wife, Jacqueline Wanjiku Wangai, and their 16-year-old son. The claims, which have shocked many, highlight the exploitation of legal and law enforcement systems in what appears to be a bitter custody battle.
Reports suggest that SamK allegedly orchestrated an incident where unidentified individuals forcibly entered the home of Jacqueline’s father, Samuel Wangai Mugo. Jacqueline was reportedly removed against her will and taken to an undisclosed location.
Meanwhile, their teenage son was apprehended and detained at Kasarani Police Station under unclear circumstances. Disturbing claims reveal that the boy endured physical mistreatment, including having his dreadlocks forcibly shaved. Instead of being presented in court as expected, the boy was reportedly transferred to the DCI offices in Gigiri, where family members were informed that he would face court proceedings the following day. Authorities allegedly denied requests for cash bail, labeling the teenager a flight risk.
It is further alleged that SamK seeks to send his son to an approved school without following proper legal procedures.
Adding to the controversy is the involvement of Charles Njagua, popularly known as Jaguar, a former Starehe MP, and recently appointed member of the Commission of Administrative Justice (CAJ) member. Videos from the night of the incident reportedly show Jaguar at the scene, raising concerns about his role. Insiders claim that Jaguar’s influence may have been used to recruit corrupt law enforcement officers to execute the actions allegedly for monetary gain.
The incident has sparked outrage among Kenyans, with many questioning the abuse of power and the mistreatment of a minor.
