The global reach of Kenyan music continues to expand, and leading the charge is none other than Bien, the charismatic frontman of the acclaimed band Sauti Sol. In thrilling news for fans across the continent and beyond, Bien has just announced an exciting extension of his highly anticipated European tour. This development further solidifies his status as a global music powerhouse, ensuring his soulful melodies and vibrant stage presence reach new, eager audiences.
The decision to add more dates comes directly in response to an overwhelming wave of demand from UK fans. Eager to experience Bien’s unique, genre-blending sound – a captivating fusion of Afro-pop, R&B, and soul, elevated by his distinctive lyricism – audiences have clamored for more opportunities to witness his artistry live.
The newly added shows are strategically scheduled for July 2025, promising a summer of unforgettable performances. Bien is set to light up Glasgow on July 12th at 142B Lounge, followed by a major performance in London on July 19th at indigo at The O2, and concluding his UK leg in Manchester on July 20th at The Blue Kitchen.

Bien's European journey has been nothing short of star-studded. The singer was recently spotted in Paris, France, where he attended American superstar Beyoncé’s monumental tour, which featured a special appearance by her husband, rapper Jay-Z. This experience undoubtedly fueled his own creative energy.
While in Paris, Bien also leveraged his extensive network, sharing exciting moments on his Instagram. He posted captivating pictures posing with other significant shapers of African music, including Nigerian Afro-beats sensation Davido, Tanzanian Bongo Flava king Diamond Platnumz, and Ghanaian dancehall star Stonebwoy. These high-profile connections further cement Bien’s standing at the forefront of the African music renaissance. Fans had already speculated about potential collaborations, particularly after Bien shared a video of himself chatting with Nigerian artist Rema, hinting at a possible future project.
His musical collaborations extended to the stage as well; Bien also performed a concert alongside the Norwegian-based Kenyan music band, Matata, in Paris. The two acts are expected to continue their dynamic partnership with upcoming shows together in Amsterdam, Bristol, and Hamburg.

Bien himself expressed immense excitement about his upcoming UK engagements. "I’m beyond excited to bring my music to Glasgow, London, and Manchester," he shared. "The energy from UK crowds is always electric, and I can’t wait to share this moment with my fans there. This tour is about connection, love, and celebrating life through music."
