Following his unexpected letdown at the 2024 Paris Olympics, where he faced his most challenging marathon, Eliud Kipchoge recommences his training with a renewed sense of purpose. The renowned marathoner, who had set his sights on claiming a third consecutive Olympic gold, has gracefully accepted the outcome and is now focusing on the future. Despite being close to his 40th birthday, Kipchoge is far from finished. He intends to keep competing in marathons, although he has officially retired from the Olympics.

During an exclusive interview, Kipchoge stressed that he is in no hurry to reach his peak and is gradually working on regaining his fitness following a six-week break after the Paris event.
