Grammy-nominated artist Khalid, 26, publicly revealed he is gay on social media after being outed, as indicated by his posts on X (formerly known as Twitter). Khalid, whose complete name is Khalid Donnel Robinson, included a rainbow flag emoji in a brief statement on Friday, stating, “there yall go. next topic please lol.” In a subsequent post, Khalid acknowledged that he had been “outed” but chose not to elaborate further. He mentioned that although he was “not ashamed” of his sexuality, he had opted not to address it publicly before, asserting, “it ain’t nobody’s business.” Khalid clarified to his supporters that he had never been “hiding” his orientation but had just kept it to himself. To wrap up his remarks on the subject, he stated he was finished discussing it and expressed gratitude to fans for their encouragement through posts on his Instagram story. Khalid’s revelation comes shortly after his third studio album, Sincere, released in August.
