The fascinating journey of Warren and Whitney continues to unfold with a heartwarming new chapter. Just as their initial story captivated the nation when Whitney became pregnant during her first year of university, the duo has once again sent ripples across social media, announcing they are expecting their second child. The news, shared exclusively with their dedicated fanbase on their popular YouTube channel on Thursday, July 17, 2025, sparked immediate excitement and a fresh wave of public interest.
In an emotional and deeply personal YouTube video, Warren candidly opened up about his life, past struggles, and the profound journey he's shared with Whitney. Amidst raw reflections, he delivered the surprising news: “I want to be there for my family. Hii ndo familia Mungu amenibariki nayo. I am ready to do anything that I can to make sure my family is okay. But then again, tukiwa kwa iyo difficult moment, tukagundua, we are pregnant again.” His words underscore a deep-seated commitment to his growing family, shaped by a powerful personal history.
Warren delved into his background, revealing how early experiences forged the resilient man he is today. He credits his father as his role model, acknowledging a life of hardship yet one marked by perseverance in providing for his family. In a striking parallel to his own situation, Warren shared that his mother was just 16 when she married his father and subsequently gave birth to him, her firstborn. "Their story is something I would want to tell even my kids and generations to come. I feel like they were so young, and they still managed to take care of us,” he narrated, highlighting a legacy of youthful parenthood and unwavering dedication.

The path to his current family joy wasn't without profound challenges. Warren spoke movingly about the devastating loss of his mother in 2018 while he was in high school. "2018, my mom passed, and it changed my life forever. I was in high school, and I had not taken it well. Being a form four candidate, I didn’t get time to mourn her well,” he shared, revealing the deep impact of this personal tragedy. After joining campus, he found himself needing to work tirelessly to navigate city life, as returning home to a changed household felt "cold" without his mother's comforting presence.
His financial struggles intensified in his second year when his father's support had to be reduced. Warren, however, took pride in his self-reliance: “Mzae ile doo alikuwa anatuma per week; he had to cut kidogo. Mimi, nothing was handed to me. I’ve worked for everything. I did that until I finished fourth year.”
It was during his final year, while on attachment at Kenyatta University, that fate intervened. “Nikiwa almost kumaliza, ndo nilipatana na the love of my life, mwenye niko naye adi sai, Whitney,” he recounted. Despite having recently recovered from an illness and ended a long-term relationship, Whitney's "sweet and gentle nature" immediately set her apart. Their relationship blossomed rapidly, leading to Whitney's first pregnancy and thrusting them unexpectedly into the public eye. “We started, and I feel like we rushed things. Fast forward, mtoto akazaliwa, tukakuwa famous. Thank you all; you supported us, and you showed us so much love,” he added.
